Since October 2004, providers of goods and services , who have not done so already, should have begun to make changes to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act to make the Borough a more accessible place.
Here at the Bureau however, we recognise that this can seem an overwhelming task, particularly for the smaller businesses who are already struggling with increasing red tape and legislation.
